GOP Senator Could Face Criminal Probe Over Hunter Pics

Arizona Republican Senator Wendy Rogers is under fire after her controversial retweet of explicit images of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

The state senator, who has been a staunch advocate of former President Donald Trump, has since removed the footage but is facing legal backlash. Lawyers caution that if indeed posting the images was a “mistake,” as some claim, it doesn’t clear her from repercussions because the tweet still caused harm.

According to lawyers, it could be breaking Arizona’s revenge porn law, which says “intentionally posting a sexual image without consent is a criminal offense.”

The post came as a shock to many as Senator Wendy Rogers has been pushing legislation intended to ban anyone under the age of 18 from accessing porn and expressing her concern about how easily minors can access it.

State Senate President Warren Petersen released a statement addressing the matter, claiming: “Rogers didn’t realize those images were in that video until it was brought to her attention, and she immediately removed the video from her feed.”

This is not the first time that Rogers has found herself in hot water. Last year, she was censured by the state Senate following a pre-recorded speech she made for a white nationalist conference during which she called for her “enemies” to be hanged from the gallows.

Meanwhile, the Biden family is dealing with a separate scandal. Thousands of X-rated images of Hunter Biden have been posted online as well as a bag of cocaine found at the White House. Former President Trump once claimed the drugs belonged to Hunter Biden, a recovering crack cocaine addict, and President Joe Biden.

It comes after Hunter privately told Arkansas stripper Lunden Roberts that he wanted to end hostilities and “build a relationship” with their four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan. This, in turn, paved the way for the child to eventually meet the rest of the Biden brood.

But during a Wednesday White House press briefing, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre shut down a question on whether Biden would now acknowledge Navy Joan as his grandchild. Jean-Pierre simply said, “I don’t have anything to share from here,” before moving on to the next question.

It is unclear at the moment what will become of Senator Wendy Rogers’ situation. Her controversially post might land her in hot water legally, and it is currently uncertain whether there will be any allies who come to her aid and provide resolution for the matter.
