There’s Been A Surprising Shift In GOP Primary

Conservative presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy is making waves in the 2024 election cycle by defying the status quo and taking an immutable stance on the issues. According to the latest Echelon Insights survey, Ramaswamy has broken into double-digit territory with 10 percent of the potential Republican vote, propelling him to third place behind former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Further driving home Ramaswamy’s success is the fact that he recently challenged all other presidential candidates to commit to pardoning Trump if he’s convicted on federal charges, and also stand up for truth. “No one should hide. Not Biden. Not DeSantis. Not Haley. Not Pence. Not RFK. Not Scott. Not anyone. Principles over politics,” he boldly proclaimed.

Based on Ramaswamy’s popularity, the left is expressing clear concern over the emerging success of the 37-year-old multimillionaire — so much so that the Iowa’s Quad-City Times published an embarrassing and wildly racist cartoon depicting Ramaswamy as an “anti-woke crusader” being welcomed by bigoted Republican supporters.

Not only did Ramaswamy refute and respond to the heinous caricatures with grace, he declared that “abortion is a form of murder” and also took on CNN host Don Lemon on the subject of civil rights — forcing Lemon to “study civil rights history before spouting off about it” and advocating for “open debate” rather than “shouting down ideas you don’t like and restricting what you can say based on your skin color.”

Ramaswamy’s conservative stances have also been bolstered by the recent release of his America First 2.0 plan — a 25-point platform that outlines his principled stance on the issues impacting the nation.

At this juncture it would appear that Ramaswamy is here to stay as a major player in the 2024 presidential election. His strong commitment to conservative principles, combined with his ability to speak cogently and articulately on the issues, have made him a formidable contender — and he’s clearly not scared of challenging the status quo. It will be undeniably interesting to watch how things continue to unfold in this election cycle.
