Elon Musk Issues Hot Take About Racism In Both The Media & Education Systems

Billionaire Entrepreneur Elon Musk issued a statement via social media that the nation’s education system and media atmosphere are entirely “racist” when it comes to both Asian and white people.

The remarks from the second-richest man in the world came as several newspapers dropped the “Dilbert” comic in the wake of its creator, Scott Adams, stating in a comment that close to half of black Americans could not agree with the phrase “it’s okay to be white” in a recently held survey. Adams jested that he has been for some time “identifying as black” but must have accidentally joined up with a “hate group” and commended that any white Americans “get the hell away from black people.”

Musk issued a response via a post to social media which spotlighted a number of outlets such as the San Francisco Chronicle that called Adams a racist but ended up giving black Americans who do not hold the belief that “it’s okay to be white” a free pass. He explained that he saw that American media “was racist against non-white people”  for quite a long time but is now “racist against” Asians and whites. “e thing happened with elite colleges and high schools in America,” he stated. “Maybe they can try not being racist.”

A number of media outlets have started to push the idea that purported white supremacy is a real and primary threat to the population of the United States. Wajahat Ali, a contributor to the New York Times and Daily Beast, stated as part of an interview with MSNBC that Republican presidential candidate and former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley “uses her brown skin as a weapon against poor black folks and poor brown-black folks” and to “launder white supremacist talking points.” A number of left-wing commentators blamed the shooting from March 2021 at a supermarket in Colorado on “white violence” prior to the news breaking that the shooter for that incident was actually a Syrian Muslim immigrant; officials at The Washington Post then elected to run an article explained that one’s final choice on the matter “depends on how you define white.”

Such claims have managed to garner a foothold throughout the federal government: the Biden admin has issued an order for internal efforts to try and “root out white supremacy and extremism” within agencies like the Department of Homeland Security, all as Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) filed legislation to fully codify “conspiracy to commit white supremacy” into the laws regarding federal hate crimes.
