Flying Chicken Nuggets Forces Performer To Halt NYC Show To Find Source

Singer Harry Styles was forced to bring his show out in Madison Square Garden to a grinding halt this past Saturday, cutting everything off to question the audience about just who had been throwing chicken nuggets at him while he was on stage.

While in the midst of a 15-show sprint in New York City — which is just a part of his massive 83-date Live Nation tour — called “Love on Tour” that is slated to hit well over 22 countries across the world– when he saw that someone out in the audience had thrown things up onto the stage. Seemingly amused when he inspected them and realized that it was just chicken nuggets, Styles chose to stop and let the crowd in on the jest.

“Interesting, very interesting approach,” stated Styles, all while holding the small chicken nugget up over his head. “Who threw the chicken nugget?”

Finally spotting another of the nuggets that had been tossed onto his stage, he went on, “There’s another chicken nugget!”

The whole venue rapidly devolved into a chant, demanding that he “EAT IT! EAT IT! EAT IT!”

“I don’t eat chicken,” fired back the performer, clarifying, “Sorry, I don’t eat meat.”

He quickly chased that with a phrase that sounded like “non mangia carne,” which can be loosely translated in Italian to mean “don’t eat meat.”

He then chose to throw his discovery back into the crowd, shouting, “There you go, you can have your nugget back.”

“First of all, this is cold and I’m assuming very old,” Styles went on, moving across the stage to grab the other nugget that he had spotted earlier. he chose to rightfully ignore the second bout of “EAT IT!” chanting before laughing and asking the person he had seen throw it on stage if they would like to have their chicken back.

“You want it back? Why?” he asked, confused by laughing. “Because? All right, there you go.”

He then threw the second chicken nugget back into the crowd, while giving a warning, “Don’t eat it! Oh, now it’s on the floor. Don’t go looking for it. We’ll get you another nugget, ok? Fear not, fear not.”

Styles then turned back to center stage and kicked back up his performance, but not before asking those in attendance if there was anyone else that had anything else to throw on stage. “Would anyone else like to throw any old food before we move on? Okay,” he joked.
