On Sunday night, the division posted on Twitter, “If you are stranded in Athens and in need of safe transportation back to the United States, we may be able to assist you.” The post included a link to a form that individuals can fill out to request assistance.
DeSantis’s press secretary, Jeremy Redfern, is also urging those affected to use the form.
